TLC Vintage Tutti doll Barbie's little sister.
She’s TLC but still so adorable and full of life.
She doesn’t have any green ear. All limbs attached and bend. Her hand is a little messed up looking and her foot has some wire showing. Her coloring is ok but her face is a bit more on the yellow side. Her hair is soft but seems like she may have had a hair cut. She has some other marks and scratches but she is still a cutie pie. 😊
